This program provides 1:1 participant-volunteer support so we can meet the needs of participants with a wide range of abilities. C-HOPE proudly partners with local colleges and universities to recruit student volunteers studying healthcare professions.

Community engagement is critical to C-HOPE’s vision. The Afternoon Club schedule includes community events such as outdoor markets, craft shows, business outreach events, and service projects.

The Fall Afternoon Club Program includes holiday markets in the community.
